R22 Voting End Part 2a - Distribute Funding

Overview:

The results from the voting period, all adjustments, and required calculations should now be completed and signed-off on.

At this point, the Finance and Engineering team can configure the distribute, fund the treasury, and make all required announcements to roll out the funds.

Goals:

1. Funding has been released by the finance team.
2. The claim contract has been configured by the engineering team.
3. The engineering team has made the announcement internally.
4. The ops/comms team has amplified the announcement.

Please complete these in order:

• [ ] Generate hash keys for the winners.
• [ ] Fund the treasury contract that distributes the funds.
• [ ] Update DB w/ Hash Keys so Users can finally Claim their Grant.
• [ ] Announce Treasury being funded and grants being available to OceanDAO.
