FE Improvement: Easily understand that you need to verify BrightID first b/f getting the Boost
(You already nailed it with your proposal/idea, @KatunaNorbert. So this serves mainly as reminder to look into it when there's time at hand (minor))
Challenge:
New voters (or Boost-Users), when visiting https://oceanprotocol.com/web3Tools#BoostVotingPower, smtms don't read the full documentation (fast #DeFi), and don't realize they need to verify their BrightID first.
They want to boost their voting power right away, and don't understand how it doesn't go through.
Goal:
Users in the situation described above shall get a clear idea of what to do in a few seconds (lowering hurdles) to get the boost (verify)
Solution:
@KatunaNorbert, your decision
DoD:
- [ ] Voters on OP/boost-voting-power who have not verified their BrightID are informed to do so before boosting without having to read the full documentation
- [ ] Voters who have already verified (by knowing BrightID or having read the docu :)) don't see anything added (optional)
- [ ] Adding an outlink to the verify_brightID_googleCal to the pop-up/info-window for seamless ux (optional)
Ideas from my side: In case you can put active links into the note or pop-up, you could think about adding this link, takes them right to the Google Calendar with the verification zoom calls: https://meet.brightid.org/#/
Their Zooms only take 5min max., something worth mentioning maybe to not scare lower engaged voters. @KatunaNorbert
