[Feature]: Data archiving supports configuring archiving tasks across databases

Is your feature request related to a problem?

There are 200 table objects that need to be configured with archive links, and these 200 tables belong to different databases. Currently, each task can only configure objects under the same database. According to the existing design, 200 new tasks must be created to configure these 200 archive links.

Describe the solution you'd like

It is hoped that ODC can support configuring the archiving links for table objects under different databases in the same task, to improve the convenience of task configuration.
