What happened?

Some records in the connect_database table have null values for connect_type

What did you expect to happen?

connect_type for all records in the connect_database table must have a value

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

Upgrading the odc from version 431 to 432 will repeat the problem
