[Bug]: OceanBase Oracle - DDL of CREATE VIEW in ODC might better be CREATE OR REPLACE FORCE VIEW

What happened?

DDL of CREATE VIEW in ODC is different from that of Oracle SQL Developer which shows CREATE OR REPLACE FORCE VIEW

What did you expect to happen?

Same as Oracle SQL Developer which shows CREATE OR REPLACE FORCE VIEW:

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

Test with SQL

create or REPLACE view test_vw as 
SELECT  -- comment 1

FROM dual
