Currently, changes to task configurations in ODC require modifications through the metadata database, resulting in high operational costs and a low degree of productization.

Describe the solution you'd like

We should add a task configuration management console in ODC that allows administrators to modify default task settings from the UI, such as data archiving rate limit thresholds and maximum row counts for individual simulated data tasks, etc.
