[Feature]: Supports logical deletion of historical work orders

Is your feature request related to a problem?

1. Users will test relevant functions when they first use ODC, and a series of test work orders will be generated after the test is completed, and they hope that these test work orders can be deleted;
2. Users have been using ODC for a period of time, there are a lot of records in the work order list, which affects the efficiency of daily work, and they want to delete the expired work orders.

Describe the solution you'd like

Considering the operation audit capability of ODC, work orders cannot be physically deleted, but considering the ease of use, ODC provides the ability to logically delete work orders in this iteration. After a work order is logically deleted, the work order is not visible in the work order list, but the corresponding work order record still exists in the operation record module and metabase.
