[Question]: monagent采集的指标ob_server_num的值不会根据实时observer的状态而改变？

### Description 3个observer组成的集群：192.168.200.81/82/83，当我停止83节点时，81节点上的obagent会产生如下指标： ob_server_num{app="OB",ob_cluster_id="1",ob_cluster_name="obtest",obzone="zone1",server_ips="192.168.200.81,192.168.200.82",status="ACTIVE",svr_ip="192.168.200.81",svr_port="2882"} 2 ob_server_num{app="OB",ob_cluster_id="1",ob_cluster_name="obtest",obzone="zone1",server_ips="192.168.200.81,192.168.200.83,192.168.200.82",status="ACTIVE",svr_ip="192.168.200.81",svr_port="2882"} 3 ob_server_num{app="OB",ob_cluster_id="1",ob_cluster_name="obtest",obzone="zone1",server_ips="192.168.200.83",status="INACTIVE",svr_ip="192.168.200.81",svr_port="2882"} 1 但当我恢复83节点后，第3条 status=INACTIVE的指标并不会变化。第1条也不变。这样就会造成误解，如果在zabbix上监控状态为INACTIVE的指标，会产生误告警。 如何能在83恢复后，monagent能及时清除第3条和第1条指标呢？
