Required to run the tests under OCaml 5.0

Thanks @kit-ty-kate! To upgrade a JS lib, we first need to upgrade ocamlformat, since our ocamlformat version (0.20.0) relies on the JS libs being of version <v0.15. I'll get to it this afternoon to make sure that our tests can be run on 5.0.0.
