Steps to Reproduce

1. add mac audio capture source
2. close propeties view
3. stop obs share in macos top menu
4. switch other device in obs propteis
5. crashed

crash reason:

1. line 2167: view->visUpdateCb(obj, view->settings); , this will refresh ui, and delte the old ui properties.
2. line 2170, read the have been deleted properties, so crash
