DuckDB: drop support for mvp?

It seems that the vast majority (or even to total number) of clients use "eh" and not "mvp". Should we drop support for mvp altogether? It would make building slightly faster.

Now that #1734 is merged, it will be a one-line change. We can even decide that it would be a user configurable choice.
