Feature Request: Enable uploadable profile banner images
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In my profile I only have the ability to choose from a limited set of banner backgrounds -->
Describe the solution you'd like In addition to the banners that are there, provide a slot with a "+" in it. When I click that "+" it allows me to choose an image from my PC to upload. After I have uploaded an image, it is now "in the list" of possible images I can use as my profile's background. The slot with a "+" is still there so that I may upload multiple images. ( Feel free to set a limit - though I doubt anyone would abuse this ) . Specify the preferred dimensions / bytes / png,jpg,gif in the button with the "+".
When I choose this new uploaded image, it now shows up on my profile as my image banner, immediately.
Describe alternatives you've considered There is no other way to customize this background banner.
Additional context Being able to change the banner, yet not giving the user the ability to upload a banner image, is only a half-baked feature. The user will ultimately feel frustrated at the lack of choices ( no matter how many pre-made options you have)
