After auto-compact, cc in subagent-driven-development mode has a high probability of forgetting the review.
After each compact, the main agent has a high probability of forgetting the review (it is foreseeable that it should also forget other things, just the review is particularly obvious). Should we add an extra compact hook to emphasize the current workflow?

Yes that would be good, I've also noticed a much higher chance to forget to use a skill after Opus 4.5 came out. That's the only model I've been using and on Sonnet it was working much better. Not sure if anyone has noticed the same.
I'm definitely noticing opus using skills left. I've got some improvements to the superpowers bootstrap that may improve it.
I am indeed using Opus 4.5, and this issue has only started appearing frequently recently, which might indeed be related to the new model.
