Make is hobbled

When I compile Ruby using ruby-build, BlockBlock uses around 100% cpu and make takes forever. Disabling BlockBlock lets make run unrestricted. BlockBlock appears contrained to one cpu core—thus using 100% cpu.

Thanks for the bug report. I've just released a new version with a host of performance improvements, that hopefully addresses this inefficiency.
