Patch for /trunk/src/Communication/MulticastReceiver.h

Previous code did not bind to the proper socket in my Linux environment. I 
assumed that it works fine under Windows.

After proposed minor Windows/non-Windows fork QuickFAST connects properly under 
Linux while connecting as it used to do it under Windows.

Since I did not test QuickFAST under Windows or under non-Linux UNIXs it is 
possible that some other define variable should be used instead of _WINDOWS_ in 
the official version release.
