Building setup for .NET windows 64 bit version

Hi All,

I am creating the quickfast solution for windows 64 bit version. I copied everything prerequisites like boost xerces and MPC with Perl. But when I am running the setup it created the solution for Visual Studio 2015. I am having VS2019. I doubt the vsvars32.bat did the change. What is the alternate bat file vcvarsall or vsdevcmd. I tried to use both but existing command failing. What path I will give to common tools and which bat file I will use. Also let me know the full command for using that bat file.
