Cannot restart DNDecoderConnection

If I stop DNDecoderConnection object after run (work OK) I cannot start it 
again.
Nothing happens, DNMessageDeliverer.MessageReceived not called.

VC#10 / xerces 3.1 / boost 1.43

Also if after Ш stoped one DNDecoderConnection object I create another it 
doesn't work too. If I run another instance of DNDecoderConnection in parallel 
(without stopping first) it work without problems.
