'tensorflow.python.training.checkpointable' has no attribute 'CheckpointableBase'

Please help me to run this project. Even if I followed steps which is read in README.md file I could not run this project. I think it happens due to verison changes of Tenserflow but also I am not sure about if it is true or not. Can someone help me about this issue. I want to run this project to train previous/new models for emotion classification.

I used : tensorflow = 1.8.0 keras = 2.2.0 opencv = 3.3.1
