WIP autodoc generator for mdbook overhaul.

Todo

• [ ] rebase remove branchrot
• [x] add nym-cli tool to script
• [ ] add nymvisor and nym-api autogenerated docs to operators/src/SUMMARY/md
• [ ] write script for moving files to the correct place
• [ ] add API endpoints / swagger info - separate page per node, so you have <node_name>-commands.md & <node_name>-api-endpoints.md
• [ ] update various SUMMARY.md files in books
• [ ] add to CI/CD scripts
