[Feature Request] Different Quality Profile for anime - Sonarr

Parity feature in Overseerr that allows anime to be downloaded using a different quality profile than other shows.

I tried to do this as part of #80 but the problem is we'd need to pull in yet another API key from somewhere else in order to identify which shows are anime (as Plex and Sonarr do not tell us). I'll leave this issue open, but until there's considerable progress made on https://github.com/Sonarr/Sonarr/issues/6495 I wouldn't be able to move forward with this

Adding anime and western shows in two different containers would be great if a fix is ever implemented.
