Don't save copy of sent message to Sent folder if SMTP server creates one

Some IMAP mail providers, like Zoho, will automatically make a copy of a sent message and place it in the Sent folder when you hit the SMTP gateway. Given that our sync-engine also creates a copy in the sent folder, sent messages will be duplicated inside that folder.
