sync-engine New Chinese Gmail labels creating a second, duplicate label with wrong encoding and jibberish titles

This is an issue reported by @Eagles2F on nylas/N1: https://github.com/nylas/N1/issues/4

hi @neurolit, we just landed a fix to our internal staging environment. If you're using hosted N1, the fix should go live in the next day or two.

Hi @spang, thank you for your answer! I tried the new version with commit fdeee59 but it doesn't seem to solve the problem in my client: I have duplicate labels as well. I think I have to delete the account data. How could I do that with the self-hosted sync-service?
