Changing size of log widget stops auto scroll

Describe the bug Changing the size of the log widget causes the text scroll to change which disengages the auto scroll.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have text in the output log
2. Resize it to cause scrollbar to leave bottom of bar
3. log more text and watch it fail to auto scroll

Expected behavior When resizing output log widget, if scrollbar is at the bottom, should stay at the bottom.
