Web2exe / Electrify randomly started generating empty folders

So web2exe worked fine yesterday and now , no matter what or how I try to export it just generates empty folders. I tried reinstalling it , and same issue Electrify does the same too now.

I wasn't aware people still used this app after I stopped maintaining it. I currently don't have access to the hardware necessary to work on this anymore, unfortunately.

So sad, so sad:( We were using this a lot in the classroom.

Anyone know of another similar project? Need something simple like Web2exe so younger kids can use with minimal training.
