GUI problems

Congratulations for your project. It's amazing. Python 2.7 on OS X 10.11.2, Pineapple 0.8

1.- When I open a file, Pineapple opens two windows 2.- The default size of the window is bigger than my screen. 3.- I can not change the color theme.
