Is it possible to modify this generator to output Exec -type keys?

It'd be worth opening a separate issue for exec keys, Technically they're not Protec (exec predates the protec) but it'd definitely be possible. That said I don't have any Abloy Exec locks and keys available to me to model up and test.

I have no way of posting a PM or contacting you other way, so I'll just ask here.

How and what settings did you use to print it without this "raft" on the bottom ? I find it that it's so big that the key wouldn't fit the keyway.

Again you'd be better off opening a separate issue to discuss this rather than hijacking an unrelated pull request.
