Ubuntu Dockerfile with working LSP builds

Hi!

Thanks for the wonderful work, all!

I created a Dockerfile for Ubuntu to show how you can install Neovim + all the dependencies necessary to run Packer + Mason successfully with k_ickstart.nvim_ 😊
