Install error on Kali (Debian 6)

Qt QTGUI library not found. Qt QTXML library not found. Qt QTCORE library not found. -- sphinx-build - not found! doc target disabled CMake Warning at CMakeLists.txt:127 (message): Some dependencies were not found, shiboken generator compilation disabled!

qt4-gui qt4-xml and qt4-core are all installed but installer can't find them. Please advise!

Issue also occurs on Debian 7 Wheezy.
