Insert horizontal line (editor button and/or keyboard shortcut)

I quite often insert horizontal lines in my notes to divide sections. In most EN clients there is a toolbar button and/or a keyboard shortcut to do this.

In EN Win this shortcut is Ctrl + Shift + -

This would be a nice addition :)
