Word 2010: With a bulletted/numbered list, selected using SHIFT+UP/DOWN ARROWS, NVDA doesn’t speak the bullet/number, where it should

Open nvaccessAuto opened this issue 14 years ago • 5 comments

Reported by kevinchao89 on 2011-11-20 07:06 Word 2010 winwordTextInproc-4800

Within Docs; CTRL+SHIFT+L to create a bullet list; type "Apple" followed by ENTER; type "NVAccess" followed by ENTER; and, type "Google" followed by ENTER; CTRL+HOME to go to top of Docs; SHIFT+DOWN ARROW to third bullet item.

Expected: bullet and item to be spoken/reported as selected. Actual: only item text is spoken/reported as selected

Regression: No

Confirmed with NVDA version 2017.2 and Word 2010.

@michaelDCurran is this possibly solved when UIA for MS Word will be fully implemented?
