HTML figures not properly supported in Chromium

Steps to reproduce:

Load a page containing an HTML or ARIA figure, such as this demo page, in a Chromium-based browser. Read/navigate the document in browse mode, and observe the output.

Actual behavior:

Example output with the above-linked page in Edge:

Expected behavior:

Figures should be reported more like they are in Gecko-based browsers.

Nvda Settings -> Advanced -> Use UIA with Microsoft Edge and other Chromium based browsers when available: Default (Only when necessary)

Does the issue still occur after restarting your computer?

Yes

Have you tried any other versions of NVDA? If so, please report their behaviors.

Issue exists in 2023.3.3

If NVDA add-ons are disabled, is your problem still occurring?

Does the issue still occur after you run the COM Registration Fixing Tool in NVDA's tools menu?

Yes
