composition of DermQuest dataset

I have a question concerning the composition of the DermQuest dataset used in the paper. The official DermQuest labeled dataset repository (https://uwaterloo.ca/vision-image-processing-lab/research-demos/skin-cancer-detection) contains 137 labeled images, whereas only 98 were taken for the evaluation as indicated in the supplementary material table 2. Could you indicate which of these 137 images were chosen for the evaluation ?
