Initial setup for vite pwa module

Hi,

this is simple installation of vite-pwa into the playground project. Basically it's copy paste from this example https://github.com/vite-pwa/nuxt/tree/main/playground

The icons are there just because without them, chrome would not display the install button so i assumed that if this should be "Zero-config" and "Batteries included" it should have them from the start.
