Integrate field_formatters entity_links & layout_builder sub-modules

Hi,

I am the author of those 2 modules related to ui_patterns:

• https://github.com/pdureau/ui_patterns_field_formatters (3 contributors, already used in some projects)
• https://github.com/pdureau/ui_patterns_entity_links (newer and used in at least one project)

And I am ready to publish them to drupal.org. However, instead of specific d.o project, it maybe better to have them bundled inside https://www.drupal.org/project/ui_patterns

Because ui_patterns has already Display Suite or Field Groups integration, which are from contrib space, it would be great to have such an integration with Core API (field formatters and entity links templates) already bundled.

It could be interesting to add the UI Patterns Settings to the main UI Patterns package as well.

This one can extend the already existing ui_patterns_views sub-module.

The ui_patterns ecosystem is growing fast, it would be great to keep it focused.
