Reporters are good but if you think about how the transactions work with paparazzi's it makes lots of sense

1. They take photo's of celebs, etc.
2. They shop around to the highest bidder (btw no easy way / marketplace for the seller/paparazzi to do this) partial solution - capture club
3. The buyer pays and trusts the seller will not sell to other bidders (buyer / agency pays below market because there is no trust)
4. The seller / paparazzi still sells to other bidders because they are selling at a discount-driven by limited solutions in the market (e.g., the buyer / agency will always pay below without a solution)
