Custom Cell Styling - How to Get 100% Width For Suggested Cells

My custom cell based on the readme example currently looks like the following:

gray background is within styles.cell blue background is within styles.cellText red background is within styles.image green background is from autoCompleteTableBackgroundColor

• Although the gray is set at width: '100%' it doesn't reach all the way to the right. Why?
• What's blue and red are also set at width: '100%' with padding (top, left, bottom) but doesn't reach all the way to the right as well. Why?
