Bot Micspam is dysfunctional

Description

Quite simply, the bots do not micspam, while I can using the same config.

Steps to reproduce

• [✔] I am able to consistently reproduce this error

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Get p2p bots
2. Enable micspam for them
3. Profit

Additional context

I am very much aware that devs are aware of the issue, so I'm not trying to be annoying by rebumping it, I'm simply creating an issue thread for it so it doesn't get forgotten, to keep things in check.
