Register/Import existing subdomains/ingress

Most software teams have domains, subdomains, and ingress devices (load balancer, api gateways, CDNs) they already configured or they want them outside of Nullstone. To do this, a user should be able to register existing domains, subdomains, and ingress.

These registrations should serve as a catalog and connection point for connecting apps.
