A new user is created on registration page and we generate a link to avatar and then rename it. Avatar isn't renamed

Extract `save-agent` to a dedicated repo

Need to move `save-agent`, `save-demo-agent`. Also need to prepare the module `save-agent-api` with public classes which needs to run `save-agent`: `AgentConfiguration` and `AgentEnvNames`
