GFX Glitch: last column on the right side of the rendered image is show in the first column on the left side of the screen.

I wonder what's wrong, since if I install the core from the release zip file the game looks fine (tested with Rygar). But if I clone and compile the Scala code and synthesize the generated code with Quartus 18.1, this graphical error occurs, without having modified anything of the original code.
