Set application ports feature request

As reported by @BartoszKaszewczuk in https://github.com/nulldriver/cf-cli-resource/issues/79#issuecomment-640721004 the ability to set application ports would enable pipeline authors to enable non-default (8080) or multiple application ports for an application.
