Running list of changes for v3 of the cf-cli-resource

• Use logger.sh in spec_helper.sh (?)
• Track the known .source config options and then warn/error if using unknown config options
• Track the known .params config options and then warn/error if using unknown config options
• use only cf8?
• use only cf api v3
• remove all deprecations
