Renable spec/auth/client_credentials_spec.sh

The spec/auth/client_credentials_spec.sh was disabled after re-building the Cloud Foundry environment and forgetting how to create a client_id and client_secret to test against. Need to remember how to create that type of CF user and then re-enable the test.

If anyone can help with this, please point me in the right direction!
