No ~/.mozilla-native-messaging folder to copy the manifest to

I am using this on Gentoo Linux with precompiled Firefox, and cannot find the native messaging folder in usr/share, lib, or lib64.

You can just create it with mkdir ~/.mozilla/native-messaging-hosts then copy the manifest there.

Can't say for Gentoo but it works on Arch and Void
