Feature: Set initial date/time

It would really increase user experience if we could set initial date/time. Most of the times user is asked to change proposed date/time which is not current date/time.

It also looks like minor change in construction interface.

It appears as if this was merged, but the version number was not bumped so the NPM install doesn't get the changes.
