Remove leading tab in docs/Makefile

The leading tab before "$(error The '$(SPHINXBUILD)' command was not found." caused the make error "*** recipe commences before first target. Stop." to appear which prevented the intended error message from being shown if Sphinx wasn't installed.

Gee, that error really sphinx!
