Add prerequisites and installation guide to documentation

Unless user has prerequisites, running the project locally won't work. To avoid having to do research on how to install, and what to install, a clear guide on what the prerequisites are and how to install them can be helpful. A detailed step-by-step documentation was added for users in macOS/Windows/Linux who might not have some of the prerequisites already installed.
