Enabling Phone Link
Good Day,
Prior to me installing Phone Link, I have been told that Phone Link will be taken off of the Windows 11 ISO due to Tiny11. But here is the thing: How do you enable it once you install Tiny11? I utilize Phone Link and it's a struggle for me to send files from my phone to PC without a documented way for this to be fixed.
There are also instances of certain apps that "an administrator" has restricted access to, even though I am using a personal account on a personal laptop. How do I fix this?
I'm not sure but I guess you should visit the ms store and install it from there.
It's not present on the Microsoft Store. I think it's something that only comes bundled with the installer. Any help would be appreciated to enable it without re-installing Windows.

It seems to be fetching data from winget has failed.
For example, that error occurs when the device is disconnected from the internet in my case. Check the connection to the Microsoft store.
One of the other common cases, there may be an issue with the App Installer. How about reinstalling App Installer if everything seems to be good?
