[Feature Request] Add `Reload Live Bookmark` button next to the first item in the folder dropdown

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Manually reloading a live bookmark takes longer than it should. Currently, for a Livemarks folder on the Bookmarks Toolbar, we have to right-click on it, scroll down and expand the Livemarks entry and click Reload Live Bookmark.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a right-aligned refresh button (🗘 or something more appropriate) next to the first item in the list of bookmarks Open "{{Site}}", as shown in the edited screenshot below.

I don't think Extensions APIs allow this atm

I am no longer able to reload Live Bookmarks at all. The option to reload has simply disappeared from the context menu.
