Implement Kafka Sender

This ticket would provide a way to place the results of processing on a Kafka topic. Noting that large documents placed in a Kafka topic is an anti-pattern, the recommended procedure for large documents would be to use a prior step as an output to a document store, and then slim down the document to just contain a pointer before putting it in the topic. (a PostUrl processor might be a good idea to support that case)
